AVE is an acronym for English Visual Entrainment (Sound and Light Leadership), developed in Canada. The light and sound pulse generating device is a brain wave synchronization device. Light and sound impulses drive brain waves based on a Frequency Following Response (FFR) effect based on a predefined program.
To do this, a light pulse-producing glasses (with LED light sources) and a headset producing sound pulses should be used, which will bring the user into a special brain wave pattern. The succession of light and sound pulses determines a frequency. The operation of the brain can also be characterized by frequency.
